Each course features:
Standard language courses are commonly divided into two parts.
The first part consists in grammar drill, while the the Second part is dedicated to communicative activities, aimed at practicing previously learnt grammar and vocabulary in an engaging and stimulating way.
Moreover, based on students’ interests, we offer:
- Italian culture lessons (literature, cinema, art, history, politics, etc.)
- Conversation groups

SMALL GROUPS
Our small groups feature a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 participants of the same level and age, which allows us to customize the lessons based on common needs of the attendees and encourage communication among all participants.
SHORT COURSE/30 hrs
TO MEET SPECIFIC GOALS
The course objective is customized according to the needs of the students.
This can be achieving a higher language proficiency level, preparing for a job interview or learning the basics of the language to be able to make simple and essential conversation for example during a leisure or business trip.

LEVEL ACHIEVEMENT COURSE/60 hrs

The course is divided into two parts: grammar drill integrated with speaking activities, which allows to put into practice the rules just learnt.
At the end of the course, a certificate of participation indicating the level achieved is issued. (see below proficiency levels explained)

CERTIFICATION PREPARATION COURSE/70 hrs
CILS, CELI, CERT.IT, PLIDA
The course allows you to reach the desired level and obtain any related internationally recognized certification. The final part of the course features several mandatory exam simulations to make the student get accustomed with exam structure in addition to feeling confident about the skills achieved.

ONE-TO-ONE LESSONS
Our one-to-one lessons are recommended for those students who have special needs or limited time availability.
Students can customize the objectives of their own course, choose the frequency, days and time of lessons.
Classes can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours beforehand. We offer the possibility to plan various lesson cycles based on the objective to be achieved.

WALKING ITALIAN COURSES
Courses to learn Italian and discover the wonders of Rome. Aimed at adults, teenagers, children and families.
At the beginning of the course lessons are held in the classroom, while the subsequent lessons are held while walking around the city and practicing the language!

The Italian language courses are divided into 3 levels of language proficiency*:

ELEMENTARY
A1 LEVEL Can follow language which is very slow and carefully articulated, with long pauses for them to assimilate meaning. A1 Can produce simple, mainly isolated phrases about people and places.
A2 LEVEL Can understand enough to be able to meet needs of a concrete type, provided people articulate clearly and slowly. Can give a simple description or presentation of people, living or working conditions, daily routines etc. as a short series of simple phrases and sentences linked into a list
INTERMEDIATE
B1 LEVEL Can understand straightforward factual information about common everyday or job-related topics, identifying both general messages and specific details, provided people articulate clearly in a generally familiar variety. Can reasonably fluently sustain a straightforward description of one of a variety of subjects within their field of interest.
B2 LEVEL Can follow extended discourse and complex lines of argument, provided the topic is reasonably familiar, and the direction of the argument is signposted by explicit markers. Can give clear, detailed descriptions and presentations on a wide range of subjects related to their field of interest.
ADVANCED
C1 LEVEL Can recognise a wide range of idiomatic expressions and colloquialisms, appreciating register shifts. Can follow extended discourse even when it is not clearly structured and when relationships are only implied and not signalled explicitly. Can give clear, detailed descriptions and presentations on complex subjects, integrating sub-themes, developing particular points and rounding off with an appropriate conclusion.
C2 LEVEL Can understand with ease virtually any kind of language, whether live or broadcast, delivered at fast natural speed. Can produce clear, smoothly flowing, well-structured discourse with an effective logical structure which helps the recipient to notice and remember significant points.

CELI
Certificati di Lingua Italiana
Italian Language Certification
Can be used for work and study purposes.
We also provide preparation for CELI for immigration and CELI for teens.
CILS
Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera. Italian as Foreign Language Certificate.
More than half of the students who take an Italian exam choose CILS.
PLIDA
Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri.
Italian Language Dante Alighieri Project
This exam is divided into PLIDA e PLIDA Juniores, targeted at teen students.
